OBJECTIVE
A large resource company were dealing with 8 persistent challenges that were holding them back from optimising operations and achieving strategic goals.
SOLUTIONS
11point2 rapidly clarified the root causes of the problems and went on to uncover over 100 unique solutions that had the potential to make a real impact on the business. The vast majority of the opportunities also supported environmental, social and community objectives, in keeping with our mission to create a better shared future.
