Sarah Constructions sought to invigorate their approach to innovation within their modular building team. Their goal was to identify fresh opportunities to propel the modular business forward and foster a culture of innovation within a traditionally-minded industry.
SOLUTIONS
We orchestrated an immersive ideation workshop, diving deep into current and prospective audiences, and dissecting the business’s strengths and weaknesses. The 46 ideas generated were meticulously curated into a comprehensive repository, prioritised and ranked in order to support Sarah Constructions in their assessment of the opportunities.
